The Nominees are.....

With the centennial celebration of the 19th amendment, we as women must create our own academy of awards and recognition. These old institutions that nominate, judge and vote are complacent in time and will eventually fade out like the credits of a movie. A new era of celebrating creative genius and brave voices begins with ushering a new form of advancement in the industry. It’s clear that women are left out of the race intentionally and the perpetual cycle of male dominated projects get the green light to maintain the stronghold on those who challenge the status quo.

Rather than fight the system, we will build a better system.
