I'm taking this time to thank all the men who are creating a culture of support. I want to focus on the men who are implementing change when it comes to attitudes of power and position.
Men who believe in equality and fairness are the men we need to shine a light on. Let's hear it for the guys who treat everyone with respect and kindness. The men who value women and respect women for their insight and knowledge. For all the men who are taking steps to make women feel valued and respected in the workplace and at home, I thank you.
